Flexible Hours
Whether you work a scheduled 9-5, or have a changing schedule each week, our calendar can be flexible to meet yours. We offer appointments from 6am - 10pm; helping you to find time among the school run, work hours, and family time to prioritise yourself.
Free Consultations
Not sure where to start? Get in touch and we will set up a free consultation in which we can discuss what your wants and needs are, and give you a greater insight into what our services offer.
Free Trials & Follow Ups
We believe that working on wellness requires you to have a working relationship with your coach or mentor. For this reason, we offer free trials and follow ups; granting you the opportunity to meet with your coach or mentor, and establish a rapport before navigating the wellness world.
Payments
Payments on pre-booked appointments are required 48 hours in advance of your session.
A notice period of 48 hours notice is required on sessions you are unable to attend.
